Thankful for godly fathers

One of the greatest voids in our society today is the empty place in the home that should be filled by those godly fathers who are striving with all their might to foster the safety and security of a Christian home, in a world of ever-changing values.

I am so thankful for the many fathers — in our church, throughout our nation, and around the world — who are laboring for these very things in their homes, filling in our society’s void with men of integrity and conviction, who love God enough to obey Him and love their families enough to serve them.

How appropriate that we should express our appreciation for their dedication to providing a protected, nurturing Christian environment for their families, to the glory of their Father.
